Jeanie LeCompte experimented with some inexpensive Mungyo pastels and a 91% alcohol wash. This was painted in stages and photographed to document the process.
The purpose of this non-profit organization is to educate, promote and stimulate interest in fine arts and crafts, and to provide meeting opportunities in these areas for its members and the general public.
