Retired Spanish professor, Carlos Mellizo, has been busy filling his spare hours creating artwork. He just finished this poster art for the National Cesar Chavez Blood Drive. Posters will be distributed throughout Laramie, WY over the next few weeks. Artist: Carlos Mellizo
