This pastel just received an Honorable Mention in the 2015 Pastel Journal's 100 International competition. This will be published in the Spring of 2015. Artist: Jeanie Schlump
The purpose of this non-profit organization is to educate, promote and stimulate interest in fine arts and crafts, and to provide meeting opportunities in these areas for its members and the general public.
